For one shipment from up to two suppliers, we coordinate shipping readiness, agreed shipping details, export documents and handover to an agreed forwarder. You receive a checked document package and a list of every open point before handover. If goods need receiving, storage, repacking or consolidation, we obtain a quotation from a suitable logistics provider on request and coordinate the handover. You review and appoint the provider directly. WJY takes neither custody of the goods nor responsibility for the provider’s performance or liability.

A shipment is ready for handover only when goods, documents and dates match.

We check the commercial invoice, packing list, stated tariff codes, proof of origin and product certificates for completeness and consistency of the information provided. Tariff classification remains with you or your customs agent.
We coordinate handover to your forwarder or an agreed provider and record the document status and open points.
If the goods must be physically received, stored, repacked or consolidated, we can obtain a quotation from a suitable logistics provider. You review and appoint the provider directly; it invoices you and remains liable under its contract with you. WJY coordinates the handover but does not take custody of the goods. We do not arrange or advance third-party costs without your written approval.

Are you a forwarder or customs agent?
No. We coordinate the Chinese side and check the documents provided. WJY is not the seller, buyer or owner of the goods, nor the carrier, freight forwarder, customs agent or warehouse operator. We assume no transport, storage or cargo risk. The customer, forwarder or customs agent remains responsible for tariff classification and customs declarations.

Can you consolidate goods from several suppliers?
Not ourselves. On request, we obtain a quotation from a suitable logistics provider and coordinate the handover. You appoint and pay the provider directly; WJY does not take custody of the goods or assume responsibility for the provider's performance or liability.
Which documents do you check?
We check commercial invoices, packing lists, stated tariff codes, proof of origin and product certificates such as 3.1 material certificates. Tariff classification remains with you or your customs agent.
How is it billed?
From €390 for one shipment, up to two suppliers, one agreed forwarder and one planned handover. The scope includes up to ten Chinese working days of active coordination, an initial document check and up to two correction rounds per supplier. We quote additional work caused by further delays, changed shipping details or further correction rounds before it begins.
