Your point of contact in China

We add local procurement capacity for European purchasing teams in China. We are based in Nanjing and mainly work in the Yangtze River Delta.

Procurement specialist coordinating supplier and quality work directly in a Chinese factory

We work at the supplier for your purchasing team.

Individual open points often cost time in China procurement: an unanswered question, an unchecked sample, a delayed delivery or a deviation noticed too late.

We check, follow up and record work in China for European purchasing teams. The supplier relationship, control and decisions stay with you. We provide information and local follow-up.

We extend your purchasing capacity in China. For existing suppliers, our ongoing supplier relationship management (SRM) tracks performance, commitments, risks and open actions.

From our Nanjing base, we usually reach Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang and Anhui in one to three hours by high-speed train. The Yangtze River Delta and its supplier industry are our main working area. Assignments in other provinces are agreed individually.

We document what we see, what we know and what remains open.

Suppliers and partners

Partner relationship management (PRM) extends the purchasing relationship.

Supplier management tracks delivery performance, orders, quality, documents, changes and actions. For a technology, distribution or project partner, the scope also concerns territories, mutual commitments, support and sales channels.

Within the scope agreed in advance, we clarify positions, record commitments with owners, deadlines and conditions, and follow up implementation. We cannot promise exclusivity, enforceability or the manufacturer’s cooperation. IMPROVE addresses specific problems; PROTECT supports controls over agreements and documents.
