Common questions about this service
What happens if the tour does not go as planned?
If the supplier does not show an agreed area or the connection is inadequate, we record the limitation. That point remains unconfirmed. If the supplier cancels, we arrange one replacement date free of charge and make no more than two further scheduling attempts. If no replacement date is agreed within ten Chinese working days, or the supplier finally refuses, we refund 50% of the fee. The other 50% covers preparation, review questions and coordination. You receive the prepared questions and a record of the unsuccessful scheduling. If WJY is responsible for the cancellation, we reschedule free of charge or refund in full. If the tour takes place but the supplier refuses particular areas or evidence, there is no entitlement to a refund.
Does the Video Factory Tour replace a factory visit?
No. The supplier holds the camera; the result is weaker than an on-site review. If an on-site review of the same supplier follows within the same project, we credit the Video Factory Tour in full against its price.
When is it useful?
When an early continue, visit or stop decision is needed before committing travel budget.
What do I need technically?
Microsoft Teams or Zoom in a browser is enough. We arrange the time with the supplier and account for the time difference.
