Is the 48-hour Check genuinely free?
Yes. One 48h Check per company is free. It covers one product group, up to three comparable items and one decision. Further research or validation starts only under a separate quotation.
Will I receive a supplier list?
No. An easily found manufacturer may exceptionally be named as MARKET REFERENCE ONLY — NOT CONTACTED / NOT QUALIFIED, but this is not promised.
What does “48h” mean – and when does the period start?
“48h” is the name of the 48h Check. You receive the result within two Chinese working days of receiving the complete information. We count Chinese working days, not 48 calendar hours; Chinese public holidays are excluded. When accepting the assignment, we confirm that your information is complete and give the expected result date.
I want a specific supplier checked – is the 48h Check the right service?
No. The 48h Check assesses your procurement situation. For a specific supplier, choose the appropriate SUPPLIER REVIEW. The Quick Check covers registry data and documents. The Compact Factory Visit shows the operating conditions. The Technical Supplier Review assesses production of your product; the Production Readiness Review assesses a planned production trial.
