Common questions about this service
Is a trade-fair contact already a qualified supplier?
No. A candidate starts at Q0 (“discovered”) in our Q0–Q5 evidence model. A stand, brochure, display sample or conversation replaces neither identity verification (Q1) nor commercial qualification (Q2).
Can you attend without us?
Yes, with an agreed brief and limits. We can also accompany you.
Can I book only the preselection?
Yes. The Trade Fair Preselection on its own costs €290; if Trade Fair Support at the same fair for the same sourcing topic follows, we credit the Trade Fair Preselection in full against its price.
Are travel and admission included?
Our travel within 100 km of Nanjing is included. Elsewhere in the Yangtze River Delta, including fairs in Shanghai, we charge a regional supplement per journey. The indicative amount is €120. Outside the Delta, travel and accommodation require your prior approval and are charged against receipts. Admission and other expenses also require your approval and receipts.
