Hosting and server logs
When the website is accessed, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system to deliver and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Hosting provider and server location: Hawk Host, Singapore
Enquiries through forms
When you use a form, we process your details – name, company, email address, optionally a WhatsApp number or WeChat ID, and your message and project details – to handle your enquiry and prepare a proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For a call request, your optional scheduling preferences are added: date, time, time zone or the place that identifies it, and preferred channel. The details are sent to us by email. To protect against delivery loss, the server also stores each enquiry in a protected log outside the public web area. A call request is not an automatic booking confirmation.
Mailbox and location: Hawk Host, Singapore
Protection against misuse
The forms use a security question, a hidden field, a minimum completion time and a limit on requests per period. For this, a keyed hash of your IP address is stored in the server's temporary directory; entries expire after 24 hours and are then deleted automatically (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No external CAPTCHA provider is used.
Processing in China
Our team works in China; your enquiry is read and handled there.

Cookies and external media
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The current version contains no YouTube videos or other external media; therefore no media preference is stored in the browser and no consent banner is displayed.
Retention
We retain personal data from enquiries until the enquiry and related correspondence have been concluded. If an assignment follows, we retain the necessary data for performing the contract. Further retention is limited to what is required by statutory recordkeeping obligations or for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. The applicable statutory retention and limitation periods determine this duration. Once these grounds no longer apply, the relevant data is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
Competent supervisory authority: Where the GDPR applies to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the EU Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement (Article 77 GDPR). Complaints under Chinese personal information protection law may be submitted to the competent Chinese authorities responsible for personal information protection.
